ASHTABULA - - Police were called early Wednesday to a Carpenter Road home for a birthday celebration gone bad. When police arrived, an Ashtabula man was standing by a Dumpster at 2:17 a.m. in Glennwood Estates, according to city police reports.The man, who was celebrating his 23rd birthday, suffered injuries to his face when his brother stabbed him with a hair pick, the report said.
He was transported to Ashtabula County Medical Center, the report said.
The victim said his brother beat him up after learning he was going to stay the night with his (brother's) girlfriend, the report said.
The victim refused to sign a domestic violence complaint, saying, "The streets will take care of it," according to the report.
The outraged brother also spat in the woman's face and, in turn, the woman hit him on the head with a beer bottle, the report said.
Police said alcohol was involved in the melee.

Is he talking about Jamal and Willie Streets? If I'm not mistaken, Jamal is serving 5-8 and Willie has gone missing. Maybe the guy should have allowed the police to take care of it.
